Before your book your ride:

Understand that because of our busy riding schedule, it may take more than 24 hours to respond to your request as we cannot respond from horseback. Priority in response is usually given to rides requested for earlier dates, but we will respond as quickly as possible for all requests. Same day requests may not always be available. We will get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
